I use the internet and other IT facilities, and to study, which has helped me pass exams. There is a selection of good things in the courses to help people do things and to help build up confidence. The staff and volunteers are very helpful and support us with CVs, job advice and different courses. I became unemployed for the first time in my life in August of last year due to redundancy. I have worked for over 37 years so this was a very daunting experience for me. Whilst I was here to deliver a specific course for a local employer I found all the staff and volunteers extremely helpful & supportive. The facilities and service available were very useful for my delegates as it gave them access to ICT & printing as well as refreshments; these delegates are on benefits so the facilities and services were particularly beneficial to them.
