Learning how to use digital technology and in the internet
Are you resisting or avoiding ‘going online’? Is this something that you still find scary or unappealing?

We are used to these comments at the Lighthouse Project, but are able to help you do some ‘myth busting’, and support you to get online, or to take your first few steps into learning how to use a computer, tablet, or smart phone. With some guided help you will quickly find that its not as scary, or as hard as you might believe.
Our friendly volunteers, Ken and Gareth, are on hand to help. This week it is national ‘Get Online week‘, 16th – 20th October, and in our regular Tuesday and Thursday sessions Ken and Gareth will available to help you with your first steps.
There are lots of reasons to start your digital journey, and we have a lot of places that you can start finding out about the things that you enjoy, or need to know, whether this is talking with distant family or friends, or trying to get repeat prescriptions from your GP.
