Why not try one of our health focussed wellbeing sessions here at the Lighthouse Project under the banner of Living Well, making life work for you.
We are working with the local health trainers and living well coaches from Biglife Group to run a number of 1 hour short courses
Starting on Friday 30th Jan at 11am, with Stress, Anxiety and Relaxation.

Wednesday 4th Feb – Food for Mood – getting the balance of good health
Wednesday 11th Feb – Exercise for Mood – exploring the benefits of exercise
Friday 13th Feb – Staying healthy cooking sessions
