The course runs for 2 hours and covers all the simple & basic skills you will need in order to help save a life in an emergency.
Topics include:
dealing with a heart attack, cardiac arrest, choking, or bleeding from an injury, how to put someone into the recovery positions and do CPR with rescue breaths or hands only techniques.

Heartstart UK is an initiative co-ordinated by the British Heart Foundation (BHF) to teach members of the public what to do in a life-threatening emergency; simple skills that save lives.
Heartstart UK aims to strengthen the first two links in the chain of survival by increasing the number of people trained in emergency life support (ELS) the essential actions needed to maintain life in an emergency.
