Then we have started a new series of short support sessions on a Monday afternoon that you may find helpful.


There are two separate sessions dealing with Self-Esteem between 12:30 – 2pm, and then Anxiety from 2:30 – 4pm.

The sessions run over 4 weeks and the next run of dates starts on Monday 1st November.

The sessions are free to attend, just call or visits and speak to Pam or Carl and we will sign you up.
