I feel it offers a great service to the people of Middleton. It is a privilege to be involved, even in a small way.
My hobby is card making, at the Lighthouse I have opportunities to share this with others as I run weekly card-making classes with some other volunteers.
I have met some lovely people through volunteering at the Lighthouse and being part of the Lighthouse team has enriched my life.
