Pathways Rochdale

pathways-colour_alltowns

Is a confidential and personalised service to help you make your journey to recovery.

They are set up to help everybody in Rochdale borough. When you’re travelling from substance misuse to recovery all the evidence shows that the more help you get, the more likely you are to succeed.

You don’t need to make big leaps to tackle your worries. Small steps can lead to a great journey of rediscovery.

The Pathways team can meet you in a location that is convenient to you and respects your confidentiality. Weekly sessions are held at the Lighthouse Project but are by appointment only. If you need access to support we can make a referral for you.

To access Pathways, please contact Renaissance. They will make an appointment to see you and then direct you into the Pathways service if it’s the right service for you. Renaissance’s phone number is 01706 924 883

Alternatively you can pop in to see them at 72 Drake Street Rochdale OL16 1PA between 9am and 3.30pm (closed for lunch 12-12.30pm) Monday to Friday. Pathways is a partnership between Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust and The Big Life group.
