cooking picture 1Starting in mid June we are running another 6 weeks of healthy eating and cooking sessions, Wednesday’s from 1pm.

The sessions are hosted by Diane one of the local health trainers and each week you will be shown how to cook a healthy recipe as well as learning about healthy eating.

Sessions include: Healthy eating, making favourite foods healthier, food to lift your mood, cooking on a budget, and gaining cooking confidence. We will also have a baking with friends session.

The course starts on Wednesday 12th June from 1:00pm and runs for 6 sessions.
