A new group for dads and grandads to spend time with their children was launched on 18th June to coincide with Father’s Day.

Members of the Who Let the Dads Out group got stuck into crafts, card making, games and driving a model of Thomas the Tank engine on Saturday.

The group is the brainchild of Peter Lloyd, Carl Roach, Les Griffiths, and Keith McConnell, who hope it will allow fathers to socialise and also give mums some time off.

Who let the dads out meet every third Saturday of the month at the Lighthouse Project, Warwick Mill, from 10am – 12noon. All are welcome just come along.
